Prime Membership

Personal Prime memberships may not be used for University purchases.

Remove an existing account with a @psu.edu email

Amazon only allows an email to be used with one account. If you previously used your Penn State email for an Amazon account, complete a de-registration to use the email for the new Amazon Business account.

Sales Tax Refund

If charged sales tax, request a refund by calling Amazon at 866-486-2360. If an item was purchased from a 3rd party seller, go directly to Orders, find your order in the list, and select Contact Seller. Please give the seller two business days to respond.
