- Employees may accept associated terms electronically on behalf of the University unless participation involves any of the following:
- High or restricted-level data per policy AD95: Information Assurance and IT Security.
- Consult the Office of Information Security ([email protected])
- Sensitive information classified by NASA as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Contact the Office of Information Security ([email protected]), the Office of Sponsored Programs ([email protected]), and the Office of Export Compliance ([email protected]) to ensure appropriate CUI security safeguards to comply with NASA procedural requirement (NPR) 2801.7.

- University banking information.
- Accepting terms of the proposal submission award.
- High or restricted-level data per policy AD95: Information Assurance and IT Security.

Includes system use for any of the following outlined sponsored project activities

- Submitting formal administrative requests
- Submitting invoices
