Express Shipments

FedEx, UPS, DHL may deliver directly to the campus location specified on the purchase order. 

  • Shipments are normally received from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
  • Shipments should not be unattended without approval from authorized individuals. 
  • Equipment shipped for University evaluation should not be delivered to the individual department without prior Central Procurement approval. The University assumes no responsibility for test or sample equipment unless previously agreed to by Central Procurement.

Non University Park Locations

Deliver directly to the department/building location by the freight carrier.

  • Shipments are normally received from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
  • Shipments should not be unattended without approval from authorized individuals. 
  • Equipment shipped for University evaluation should not be delivered to the individual department without prior Central Procurement approval. The University assumes no responsibility for test or sample equipment unless previously agreed to by Central Procurement.

*Packages may be returned at the department's cost if the billing address is used instead of the shipping address. Please plan shipping and delivery during operating hours, avoiding University holidays.
