Procurement Office Hour

Receive one-on-one support with a procurement question. 

1. Sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Registration is not required to join the event. To maintain a place in line, remain in the session. Joining and leaving resets the position.
3. For privacy, the facilitator adds an attendee to a breakout room to answer a question.
4. Attendees may ask one question, with a maximum allocation of 10 minutes per inquiry.
5. Submit a Procurement Assistance Request (ServiceNow) for questions requiring extended discussion. 

Hours are subject to change and not valid during University holidays.
