Photography and Filming

• Complete the Strategic Communications Intake Form* (the reference to filming on this form includes photography).
• Then Strategic Communications issues the required Penn State agreement template.
• Strategic Communications submits the contract to Central Procurement for university signature once signed by the supplier.

*The following do not require approval by Strategic Communications and can be directly submitted to Central Procurement as a new contract.

• Video productions services provided by WPSU
• Production-only video services (no filming or photography required)
• Video production equipment rentals
• Advertising agreements
