    • Contact the supplier to request that BHN add gift cards to their program. 
  • Bulk ordering to individual fulfillment. 
  • Fees and shipping charges may apply for open-loop prepaid physical cards. Open loop cards are accepted anywhere with the network (ex. Visa).
  • Shipping charges apply for all closed-loop physical cards to specific stores. Closed loop cards are used at a specific merchant (ex. Walmart).

  • Login SIMBA>Purchasing>Shop OnLion>Shop>Blackhawk Network, Inc.
    • Accept online terms for Amazon Cards, including not using Amazon's name in an email or advertisement as an award or payment. Instead say a gift card for a widely available/used supplier will be provided. 
    • Separate purchase orders are required for each type of card (plastic Visa, virtual Visa, plastic merchant, virtual merchant).
    • Employee and student gifts and awards must follow FN10 Other Business Expenses and Activities.
    • Estimated shipping displays in the cart for physical cards. After the order is submitted, the actual fees will be invoiced.
