Employees representing the University in an official capacity while on-campus (e.g., interviews, open meetings, etc.) should not use competitor beverage products. Penn State General Stores and food service locations may directly order from Pepsi.

Caterers must comply with the University’s pouring rights agreement by serving Pepsico beverages, including takeout and pickup.
