* Livestream MUST be delivered directly on a psu.edu website (or another Penn State-owned website) or via Penn State's Zoom or Microsoft Teams instance. It is not permitted to have performers provide their link and promote it unless an exception is secured by emailing your exception request to [email protected]. Without an exception, Penn State must initiate a live stream even if screen sharing is from the performer's link. Penn State should remain in control of the live stream feed and monitor the feed as if it were a live performance in an auditorium. In addition, it may not be posted on YouTube or any other 3rd party tool unless specifically noted as authorized.

** Music triggers additional problematic requirements especially related to recording and re-use of recordings.

***This is discouraged but is possible if: a) the fee being paid is over $10,000, b) the speaker/artist refuses to use a Penn State template agreement, and c) the speaker/artist agrees to edits made by the Office of Central Procurement.
